Spirit Mender, LLC offers Somatic Experiencing® for trauma recovery as well as three modalities for energy bodywork in the Boulder, Louisville, Lafayette and Longmont Colorado area. I also do phone sessions. I have completed the three year training program in Somatic Experiencing®, studying with Diane Poole-Heller, Ph.D for the first two years and Peter Levine, Ph.D during the final year. I continue to study with Dr. Levine and within the SE® community at every opportunity to stay up to date with the latest techniques and discoveries including:

Eye of the Needle 1 and 2 in 2011, Emotion, Memory and Trauma in the Fall of 2012, Advanced Bodywork, Polyvagal Theory and Complex Syndromes in the Spring of 2013, and Depression, Agression, Triumph and Breath in the Fall of 2013.

In the Fall of 2014 I attended his master class on Complex Syndromes which reinforced the class I took in 2013. In March of 2015, I attended Dr. Levine's class in Dana Point, CA on The Psychology of the Body, Body Reading and Developmental Trauma and Sexual Trauma, Sexual Healing in October of 2015.

In the fall of 2016 I attended Dr Levine's demos and consultation class on Therapeutic Rhythm, Theapeutic Presence where I presented two clients and was able to assist Dr. Levine with another client using my skills from Through the Eye of the Needle (medical trauma and near death experiences).
