A warm hello to you:) I have been in the field of health care and wellbeing for the past 30 years as a massage therapist, educator, and group facilitator. I offer a space that honours the wise teachings of body-centred traditions woven with the expanding field of neuroscience to bring an integrated, whole-body approach to learning, healing, and being in connection with our body.

My intention is to offer you a welcoming, and compassionate space to pause, look around, and explore what it means, and how it feels, being in connection with your body, with its resilience, and its wisdom. I am excited to support your unique journey.
