Dianne Shelton

I am a skilled Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and a master intuitive healer practicing in Austin, Texas. I incorporate several modalities in my practice, using Somatic Experiencing as the foundation while bringing in the light of Sufism, shamanism, and other spiritual frameworks to enable gentle transformations. Trauma can be a powerful catalyst and I act as a sacred witness allowing my clients the opportunity to navigate traumatic events, life transitions, and crisis of meanings with ease and grace. While sometimes difficult to understand, trauma can bring out our sacred gifts and truly enrich our lives. Easing bodily sensations, calming the emotions, and coming to peace with trauma can be a very rewarding experience.

I work with many clients from various backgrounds and age groups, providing a safe and compassionate container to allow the natural release of traumatic energy from the body. Lately, my work focuses on supporting clients navigating the plant medicine world. We live in an amazing Universe, full of wonder. Experiencing a life fully lived, having access to greater energy, and enjoying a more resilient and healthy nervous system is more than possible…it is our Divine birthright.
