I have 25+ years of experience as a therapist, expressive art therapist, visual artist, art and yoga teacher. I'm licensed in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, a nationally board certified art therapist, certified Somatic IFS therapist and consultant. People often come to me with issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, disordered eating, addictions, and during life transitions. I use a collaborative, creative and thoughtful approach to help adults work through problems, overcome fears, release stress and rediscover hope.
