Danielle Alexander

I'm Danielle.

I help individuals attune to the unspoken language of the body, supporting them in navigating life’s transitions and integrating past experiences and trauma through a symbolic and embodied approach.

I am a depth-psychologically oriented Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and a Stage I Jungian psychoanalytic training candidate. My background as a Doctor of Physical Therapy informs how I engage with the body, bridging physiology with the deeper layers of psyche. Currently, I am pursuing a Ph.D. in Depth Psychology at Pacifica Graduate Institute, where my dissertation explores the intersection of depth psychology, somatics, and chronic illness.

As a light-hearted introvert, I love delving into the mysteries of the body and psyche. My work is dedicated to dissolving the artificial divides between science and the sacred, the inner and outer, and the mind and body—so that we may reconnect with a more whole and embodied way of being.
