I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and SE Assistant.
My educational background includes studies in psychology, E-RYT Yoga Teacher/Trainer, certifications in Somatic Yoga from Novato/Hanna institute, Polyvagal Theory Informed Therapy, Ayurveda and NeuroAffective Touch.

I am an approved session provider for all levels and an approved provider for beginning individual case consultations.

My experience is providing Somatic Experiencing sessions with adults, adolescents and groups. I have experience serving patients in end-of-life, co-creating the volunteer program “No One Dies Alone” for my local hospital and working as a Mental Health and Wellness Center Coordinator and Counselor for my local School District.
