Crystal integrates a body-oriented, multidisciplinary approach. Her practice focuses on Somatic Experiencing techniques and integrates over a decade of experience teaching trauma-informed yoga and movement, self-care routines, and Instinctive Meditation to foster a supportive space for healing and transformation.
Her journey into Somatic Experiencing felt like a natural alignment, reinforcing her belief in the power of whole-body integration for trauma healing.
Crystal strives to guide clients toward developing a nourished, resilient nervous system and transitioning from states of tension to ones of flow and adaptability. Crystal supports clients through complex trauma, stress, anxiety, grief, chronic pain, and other other life challenges, and helps them explore general self-care, self-soothing practices, and mind-body connections.
