My goal is to help people free themselves from the pain and repetition of the past.
Together we compassionately and gently support your system in its effort to come out of distress and confusion and move into vitality, resilience, joy, empowerment, ease and newfound purpose. Together, we will use attuned dialogue, sensory awareness and skilled touch to help you resolve and recover from the trauma of overwhelming experiences (the after effects of which can include struggles with anxiety, depression, insomnia, pain, emotional reactivity, addiction, social anxiety, chronic anger and grief, digestive issues, fatigue and other emotional or physical symptoms) as well as change patterns that are holding you back and causing you distress.

I am passionate about working with attachment and developmental trauma, Complex PTSD and its chronic effects. I offer telehealth services as well as in person sessions
