Courtney Fincher

My work is informed by my love, study, and work experience in the fields of psychology, human development, neurobiology, attachment, mindfulness, and body-based healing modalities.

I am a SEP and certified in DARe (Dynamic Adult Repatterning Experience).
I am a Circle of Security Facilitator and lead 8-week courses that teach parents and caregivers the relational skills involved in creating secure attachment.

The focus of my work is to illuminate how relationship dynamics shape our nervous system and impact our ability to make conscious decisions. Through talk and tracking of the attachment and nervous system, I work with clients to notice the cues in their bodies, release excess activation from overwhelming situations, create more coherent narratives, and learn relational and embodiment skills to have more ease in their relationships and within themselves.
