Claudia Villagra Rios

I consider myself a world citizen, shaped by various nationalities, and have had the opportunity to live in and visit diverse parts of the world.

Over ten years ago, I began formally studying trauma to gain a deeper understanding of the connection between poverty and trauma. This journey has nourished my professional interests, while helping me become more present and attuned to myself. Alongside my work as a Somatic Experiencing practitioner, I am also a SOMA embodiment practitioner. I have completed several Dynamic Attachment Re-patterning Experience (DARe) courses, and have learned from Chief Dancing Thunder about the Native American perspective on trauma. I continue to deepen my skills in various areas related to trauma and personal development.

A year ago, I moved to Austria, where I focus on relational architecture within organizations, teams, and individuals.

I am available to provide sessions at all levels and offer case consultations for individuals or small groups at beginning and intermediate levels.
