Clare Comstock

Clare has a general psychotherapy private practice in Grand Junction, Colorado, providing sessions both in person and in video format. She also sees clients from the Denver and Arvada area mostly via video. She is a certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP) and works with both acute and chronic trauma symptoms and attachment issues. She also works with a wide variety of issues including anxiety, depression, stress, life transition, grief and loss, and self growth. Her approach with clients blends Somatic Experiencing (SE), Jungian Psychology, Dream Work, and Mindfulness orientations and Parts work. Clare sees symptoms as a call to wholeness, individuation, and transformation.
