I offer in-person sessions in Eugene and online throughout Oregon. I accept private pay, Oregon Health Plan (OHP), Trillium, Pacificsource, and Kaiser, as well as FSA and HSA cards.

Somatic Experiencing (SE) serves as the primary foundation of my work. I am also a graduate of the two year professional training in Hakomi Mindful Experiential Psychotherapy.
