I have some availability and am accepting new clients at this time. I have been working with people of with all ages for more than 25 years to process past hurts, improve their life, make better decisions, and learn to relax! I have a very broad range of experience including the foster care and juvenile justice systems, adult corrections, and mental health centers. I have been in private practice since 2007 and enjoy the freedom to see you as often as needed to reach your goals. My style is very laid back and accepting, but I will challenge you to participate fully in your treatment process - after all, it's your life!

I am certified in EMDR Therapy and An Approved EMDR Consultant. I have completed all levels of Somatic Experiencing Training and am an SEP. I utilize parts work using a combination of Internal Family Systems, Structural Dissociation and Ego State Therapy. I will work with you on finding the best combination of treatment tools to best help you heal!! I am currently only working virtually, so if you want to be in person, I will not be a good fit for you at this time!
