Seeking therapy takes a lot of courage, whether it's your first time doing so or you've been here before. Whatever the reasoning may be for making this step, I am honored to have the opportunity to be an ally in your journey towards healing. While specializing in both sexual addiction recovery work and complex trauma, I also work with individual clients struggling with a variety of other issues like depression, anxiety, or relationship issues. I also enjoy working with individuals and families to assist in effective communication and relational expression. What makes my practice special is the fact that I operate through the lens of attachment theory. This framework offers insights into emotional regulation and relational deficits.
