Christina Morrow

Christina uses a hands on and verbal approach to help strengthen and bring forth the inherent health and healing capacities of each individual. Using the processes of Somatic Experiencing and Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, old physical and emotional patterns, traumatic stresses and strains can be gently released and the system can reorganize, restoring one's true potential of health, including healthy attachment. Her focus is to help each client or student come into relationship with their authenticity and life force, through knowing their embodied experience more fully. The goal is to establish a healthy connection to self, to others, as well to a relationship to the larger source of life.
