Chantal Watier

I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner with a diploma in Addiction and Community Service Work. My practice integrates various modalities, including Internal Family Systems, Emotional Freedom Technique (Tapping), Attachment Theory, Reiki, energy clearing, and chakra attunement. By harnessing the power of breath and the elements, I help clients reclaim their space to grow, clear the weeds of emotional baggage, and promote personal growth.

I specialize in trauma, addictions, and mental health, focusing on their impact on the body and relational dynamics. My approach is especially effective in transforming experiences of guilt and shame, eating disorders, OCD, ADD/ADHD, anxiety, depression, anger, and grief and loss.

Rooted in mindfulness, attachment-focused strategies, and trauma-informed care, my therapeutic perspective emphasizes inner-child healing. I work intuitively with clients to collaborate on their journey, helping them clear away obstacles and cultivate a thriving personal space for healing and growth.
