Understanding how difficult life experiences affect not just our thoughts, but our bodies, supports growth, change, and healing. I work through the lens of the mind-body connection to help you unwind the shame and trauma that can be at the root of anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and conflicted relationships.

I work with folks who have thoughts like "what's wrong with me?" and who unknowingly put up barriers to genuine and lasting connection with others. I approach my work from the deep knowledge that our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors make sense given our unique life experiences, and that no matter what we've been through or how we've been hurt, healing is possible. Through the healing process, we move toward connection with ourselves and others. Together, we will learn why you do what you do, and how to "do you" in a way that works to foster authenticity and ease in relationship to yourself and others.

I offer in-person and telehealth appointments for those in KS and MO. Healing is possible. I'm here when you're ready to start your journey toward a calmer, wiser, more connected YOU.
