Caryn L. Corenblum

For more than eighteen years, Caryn has been coaching individuals to tap into and experience the authentic version of themselves . Caryn began Somatic Experiencing Training in 2010 and has been integrating it into her practice ever since. Caryn took a deep dive into Neuroscience and received her Post Grad Certificate in the Neuroscience of Leadership and continues to study Neuroscience. In 2005, Caryn completed in a three year training program of Pesso Boyden System Psychomotor (PBSP). Caryn learned how working through the body/mind could be for healing childhood/attachment and developmental trauma wounds.It is possible to experience life with more pleasure, satisfaction, connection, and meaning. As a Professional Leadership Executive Coach, Caryn partners with clients to develop concrete skills for improving decision making, problem solving, self-regulation, collaboration with others and facilitating change in themselves and others. Prior to working as a coach , Caryn was Executive Director of a nonprofit organization facilitating leadership for diversity and prior to that, as an attorney. Caryn is a life long learner and is currently pursuing wellness coaching certification, . Caryn is a practioner of pilates, yoga and mindfulness. Caryn is married and has three sons. ICF
