As an attachment-based relationship coach, I offer a unique blend of somatic and relational-based modalities to help you navigate your personal journey. I have extensive experience in nutrition coaching, yoga, Somatic Experiencing, equine-assisted learning, ICF, IRF, and the Gottman Institute Training, making me well-equipped to guide you toward your desired outcomes.

My approach is inclusive and accepting, and I am committed to providing a safe and non-judgmental space for all individuals, regardless of their sexual orientation, gender identity, or relationship style. My practice is ethically non-monogamous/polyamory/kink positive, and I am a proud neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+ ally.

In addition to my comprehensive training, I also offer specialized support for psychedelic integration. I believe in the powerful benefits of this work and am passionate about helping my clients navigate their experiences with intention and care.
