As an Integrative Somatic Therapist I support my clients' innate body-mind wisdom and resilience to emerge and heal. I work with clients who are dealing with toxic stress and trauma symptoms and those seeking general body-mind support or embodied shifts along their life path. I use Somatic Experiencing®, a bottom-up approach to healing, that listens and responds to the body story. I integrate movement, touch, and Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, in conjunction with somatic parts work (IFS), to help resolve unprocessed stress and trauma, restore nervous system regulation, and bring about insight and transformation.
