As a seasoned MindBody Practitioner, Brighde offers deep expertise in the complex interplay of mental, emotional and physical health. Through education on the nervous system and a strong focus on the mind-body connection, she equips individuals with the tools to effectively manage stress and optimize performance. With a Master’s degree in Leadership, nearly two decades of experience in collegiate lacrosse as both a player and coach, and advanced certifications in Somatic Experiencing, yoga, reiki, and QiGong, Brighde empowers individuals to heal holistically and achieve inner balance.
