She has a wealth of coaching, counselling, and group facilitation experience with families impacted by chronic and life-limiting illness, loss and grief. Her focus is on issues related to life transitions, interpersonal relationships, psychedelic integration and trauma recovery. She values living in balance with nature, the power of play and creativity as resources for health, and the interconnectedness of mind, body, spirit, and community in reconciling difficult situations. She works with individual, couples and groups. Her approach is holistic, experiential, and trauma-informed. She is well grounded in Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, Somatic Experiencing Therapy, and Sand Tray Therapy, integrating additional training in Brainspotting, EMDR, Emotion Focused Couples Therapy, Positive Psychology, Optimal Sexuality, and Health & Wellbeing Coaching.
