I am a Somatic Therapist, Educator, and Reiki Master, and hold a Doctorate in classical piano performance. With over twenty years of experience in trauma healing, I have created unique trauma-attuned somatic models to facilitate stress and trauma renegotiation for youth and adults.

My professional background brings together Somatic Experiencing®, Somatic Parts Work, Body Mapping, Body - Mind Centering®, Applied Polyvagal Theory, Transforming Touch® and other somatic and sound-based models. I have completed advanced developmental trauma training with Kathy Kain, developmental trauma-attuned touch work with Stephen Terrell, and relational trauma, out-of-body/near-death experience training with Dave Berger.
