I have done Bodywork since 1999, starting out with Rolfing and CranioSacral Therapy. My interest and search to understand and transform Trauma brought me to begin studying SE in 2008. Kathy Kain’s Touch SkillsTraining (TST) helped immensely to integrate SE into my Bodywork practice. Through my own life path I got more and more drawn to learn about Early Trauma and found great wisdom and insight through studying Somatic Resilience and Regulation (SRR) with Kathy Kain and Steve Terrell. This drew me to study further with Steve Terrell and I completed his Transforming the Experience Based Brain Training (TEB) a few years ago and I use Transforming Touch® in most of my sessions. I continue to deepen and refine my own instrument through classes and ongoing consults.
