I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor and SEP offering sessions exclusively online. In conjunction with Somatic Experiencing, I incorporate Somatic Practice (Somatic Resilience and Regulation trained by Kathy Kain) Hakomi Body Psychotherapy and Buddhist/Transpersonal Psychology, as well as attachment informed psychology.

I consider our relationship to be the first sacred element for your healing journey, where a combination of attunement and appropriate boundaries provides the potential for you to explore your unique healing and growing edge.

I specialize in treating Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Chronic Stress/ Burnout, Acute Trauma (accidents), Compassion Fatigue, Grief (including Complex presentations), and Developmental trauma.

Prior to private practice my professional background has been in Adult Mental Health & Addictions and Emergency Crisis Response Counselling. I continue to dedicate part of my professional hours to Critical Incident Response Counselling.
