ANNE MARIE LAPPANO

I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and Certified Integral Development Coach. I offer in person and virtual or phone sessions. I am passionate about creating a safe and non judging space for all and love to work with those who are looking to deepen self understanding and release the blocks that hold them back from being who they know they want to be. I believe strongly in the mind body spirit connection and am continually amazed when we are able to untangle the events of the past in the moment, and there is a return to the safety, connection and embodiment. I have had over 30 years experience as an Occupational Therapist as well as 30+ years of meditation and mindfulness practice. My work includes touch work, as I work towards certification with Kathy Kain's touch work. I am also incorporating parts work as I launch on a year of online studies of IFS.
