Anne E Connor

I am a certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP). A primary focus of mine is to teach others how to use somatic tools to regulate their own nervous system. I am also available for deeper and ongoing work with clients who wish to explore releasing trauma and expanding resilience together.

I have been an energy healer, coach, and educator for the last 30 years. I have taught dance and movement and bringing people on a journey to different body states to look at energetic blocks to their healing and growth. I approach all of my work from the physical, emotional, and spiritual level and always address the mind-body reality that exists for all of us.
