Somatic Experiencing has transformed my life! I am so thankful for this work and can’t wait to share it with you.

My work is primarily focused around guiding an individual to a deeper sense of Self using sensory awareness and movement.

What distinguishes my approach is the integration of Feldenkrais principles with Somatic Experiencing techniques, creating an experience that addresses not just how you think or behave, but how you sense, feel, and respond to your environment—ultimately leading to a more integrated experience of yourself.
