At any of these points in your journey, it helps to know that you aren't alone and that many have traveled similar paths before you.

I am an Embodied Healing Practitioner, which is another way of saying that I work with your nervous system to restore its innate healing wisdom and potential, allowing for your inner resiliency to flourish and restore balance to your mind, body, and spirit.

I work with you one on one, either in person or via online video sessions, from wherever you are located in the world. I bring together over a decade worth of experience and training in various healing modalities, including EMDR, Neurofeedback, Somatic Experiencing and Transpersonal approaches, to cater each session specifically to your individual needs.
