I'm a Contemplative Psychotherapist and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner who is seated to work on a broad range of psychological issues. I'm particularly skilled at helping clients resolve psychological trauma so that it no longer negatively affects their life. I also use other methods like mindfullness based stress reduction, cognitive behavioral therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy to cultivate the intrinsic mental health in each client.
