I've been a bodyworker for 24 years and practiced touch based Somatic Experiencing and Transforming Touch since 2021.
I use Somatic Experiencing® (SE) and Transforming Touch® (TEB) to help clients shift what has been held in the body for too long. I support the nervous system in recovering, repairing, and regrouping from trauma – thereby allowing a greater sense of ease, vitality and choice in life. This work can be a great adjunct for those already receiving mental health therapy because it increases regulation and resilience in the body.
I work primarily with teens (ages 16+) and adults who are experiencing chronic health challenges and trauma.
I’m certified in leading practice groups in Transparent Communication, developed by Thomas Hübl, PhD, and find it deeply healing to connect to others with attunement and presence.
Sessions are available in-person or online (under a coaching agreement).
