I've been an SE Practitioner for a long time now, and I've assisted at many SE practitioner trainings... and I'm even more passionate about this work than I was when I started. Helping a client learn to "talk" with their own nervous system, to unwind the trauma within, can be a tricky process. It's often intense, usually surprising...and so very rewarding. I'm also passionate about teaching my clients what I know, about the nervous system, trauma healing, and self regulation.
