I help people renegotiate trauma and support their journey to become the people, partners, or parents they want to be. By using an approach that focuses on body and mind, those I partner with on their healing journeys are able to tap into their innate capacity to metabolize and heal from trauma.

Maybe you feel yourself disappearing or making yourself small in relationships, or you’re having trouble naming and getting what you need or want out of life. We might be a good match if your life is feeling out of balance, stuck, or like you’re on autopilot just “getting through.”

My approach is grounded in somatic or body-based interventions (Somatic Experiencing, trauma-informed yoga). By working through the body and nervous system, it’s possible to restore personal power and safety. Our work together will promote flexibility and resilience to face life’s difficulties while building capacity to experience joy and connection.
