Hi! I’m so glad you are here! I’m Amy and I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor. I specialize in complex trauma, developmental and relational trauma, and eating disorders. My therapeutic approach includes attachment, relational, and trauma informed therapy. I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship in providing clients the resources to heal and understand themselves fully. My goal as a therapist is to provide empathy, acceptance, and compassion as clients gain self-awareness and self-empowerment to begin the healing journey.
