My offering is to walk with you through the many terrains of your becoming. I believe that every person has the capacity to heal. I believe that every person has an inner Wise One. I believe that the body is the rudder that guides all of these unfoldings.

I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP), and I have a Masters of Arts degree in Somatic Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies. I come to SE through a background in somatic movement and dance, counseling psychology, space holding for non-ordinary states of consciousness, and expressive integrative practices. My intention is to hold space with gentleness, compassion, safety, and attunement so that wounds are tended to and your most authentic self may emerge.
