My mission is to support you with compassion and non-judgment, helping you connect with the here and now in small and powerful ways—through food, circadian practices, and Somatic Experiencing—so that you can experience your innate wisdom, vitality, and healing potential.

In my practice, I support individuals experiencing chronic illness, autoimmunity, physiological and nervous system dysregulation, syndromal patterns, and developmental trauma. I work in both English and Spanish.
