Allison Kirsch

Hello! I’m Allison Kirsch, a licensed social worker with a passion for integrating mind- and body-focused mental health approaches, including Adventure Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, mindfulness, and more. I have worked with people of all ages with a variety of mental health challenges, including eating disorders, trauma, crisis and suicidality, anxiety, OCD, depression, and co-occurring disorders. My background includes clinical experience in community-based mental health and PHP/IOP settings, along with many years working in the health and wellness field.
