I'm here to help with whatever parts of your soul are aching or torn. Whether you’re clear about the specific trauma from your history that you’d like to sit with, integrate, and heal, or you can’t put a finger on it but things are not quite feeling right in your body and spirit, I can help you re-encounter the bits of your self that need some company and open the door to trust, confidence and your own sacred power. I work gently and collaboratively; you be the leader, and I'll be the guide.

In addition to Somatic Experiencing, I also use various other modalities in my work, such as Internal Family Systems, Lifespan Integration, and Ketamine-assisted therapy. As we work together, we'll discover which tactics work best for you.

A core belief in my work is that no one is too broken to heal and eventually thrive. There is room in my office for whatever pain, anguish, grief, anger, heartbreak, fear, joy or delight comes through the door with you. We'll make contact with the parts of your self that have been feeling under-nourished and sit with them to bring them alive.

I offer sessions both online and in-person from my office in the Fremont neighborhood of Seattle, WA.
