We all have our own inherent sense of wisdom and creativity. For many of us, and for many reasons, we lose touch with this internal sense, often leaving use feeling lost, confused, and disconnected or in conflict with ourselves and others. We find ways to help us survive, but my goal is to help you reconnect with this sense and find ways to move out of just surviving and into more adaptive and authentic ways of connecting.

I utilize SE, parts work, and drama therapy and work through an attachment-based lens to help identify issues that are at the core and create healing from the inside out, that radiates into all areas of your life.
