Alison is passionate about supporting women, parents, youth and teens to come home to the body, as a resource and a safe place to support healthy relationships with self, and others especially during family transitions and developmental shifts in youth. As a mother for 17 years, Alison personally knows the essential need in supporting youth and their families to overcome relational challenges stemming from developmental shifts, childhood trauma, medical trauma, anxiety, PTSD and all debilitating symptoms that arise in the face of daily triggers.
