I combine a psychodynamic orientation with Somatic Experiencing, breathwork, touchwork, parts work, yoga, Buddhism and liberation philosophy, to support the renegotiation of early material, offer prediction errors and release what no longer serves through body waves, re-association and visceral compassion.

Ideal folks have done some somatic work (yoga, cranial sacral, bodywork, etc), have good support and are interested in moving through early material so they can be more fully in the present moment.
