Alice 'Bess' E Green

I have over 40 years experience using sensations as the pathway of healing and personal evolution, combining techniques from the psychotherapeutic and consciousness traditions. My message has been 'feel the sensation, drop the narrative and let your inner process (or Spirit for the spiritually inclined) lead the Way. Now with somatic experiencing the message has been added to: 'feel the sensation, drop the narrative, because your central nervous system know how to regulate itself'. I work with all age groups, and with the gestalt of issues, in individual, couples, family, and group modalities, and playtherapy for young children. My view is that the shifts called for in our personal consciousness are parallel to the ones called for in the collective. The depth and breadth of the transformational techniques free you to be who you are here to be, and to become, and to feel belonging in your personal world and your relevance to the larger community.
