Margo Lalich

I provide Consultation, Resource, and Referral Services. My career spans the private and public health sectors, including executive leadership, nursing, consulting, and disaster and humanitarian response nursing, underscoring my global perspective on health and education. I’ve served on local, regional, and national boards, influenced and co-authored policy and legislation to increase funding and enhance school health services in Oregon and Hawaii. Twice, the county public health director, when asked, “What do you do?” Her response, “Create Community by Connecting Systems,” reflects her belief that the health and well-being of any community are a shared responsibility. I also co-founded the North Coast EOL Collective in 2023 in Oregon. I maintain membership in many professional organizations, including INELDA, NEDA, the OHPCA, and HPNA. I am also a certified ELNEC trainer. INELDA EOL Doula and NEDA Proficient After-Death Care Educator and EOL DOULA.
Consultation, resource, and referral only. The Vision of the North Coast EOL Collective is A Collective Approach to Death and Dying. The mission is to create community by connecting people, resources, and experiences to educate and support a holistic approach to end-of-life for individuals and families living on the North Coast. Our practice is based on the belief that the North Coast EOL Collective has a collective responsibility to the community by making visible what is too often invisible, applying our professional and personal experience, and the Collective’s values of Acceptance, Belonging, Connection, and Legacy.
