Jon Frey

I am a hospice chaplain and spiritual care counselor in San Diego, CA, with Sharp HospiceCare and Transitions as well as with Pacific Mindscape. Our current project is to connect local guides and PAT/KAT resources to patients navigating serious illness and end of life. With a completion of Psychedelic Assisted Therapies certification from Naropa University (Now Memoru Center for Visionary Arts) in Boulder, Colorado, and a M.Div. from Fuller Seminary in Pasadena, CA, I specialize in integration work, spiritual distress, and existential anxiety related to end of life and life after a serious illness diagnosis.
