Harry D. Fox

Harry Fox is a trained End of Life Doula, and a former emergency medical technician. He brings a grounded, compassionate presence to his work, drawing on deep personal experience, clinical training, and a lifelong commitment to conscious living and dying.

Harry has supported four close family members through hospice and death, including his wife’s nine-month journey with a rare and aggressive cancer, and his father’s five-year decline. These intimate experiences shape his ability to guide others through the emotional, spiritual, and practical dimensions of end-of-life care.

Since coming out as gay in 2011, Harry has facilitated support groups for gay, bisexual, and questioning men in mixed-orientation marriages. He also leads monthly groups for couples and for the wives and partners of these men, providing space for connection, honesty, and healing.
Before devoting himself fully to doula and psychedelic preparation and integration work, Harry worked in healthcare information technology, implementing clinical and operational systems in hospitals and health organizations. This background gives him a solid understanding of the legal and logistical aspects of end-of-life planning.

Today, Harry offers services as an end-of-life doula and a psychedelic preparation and integration coach, specializing in spiritual emergence, expanded states of consciousness, and end-of-life transitions. His work is heart-centered and trauma-informed, supporting individuals and families through some of life’s most profound thresholds—with compassion, clarity, and care.
