$250.00 for initial psychiatric evaluation. This may be covered by insurance, however Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy is not covered by ANY insurance plan at this time. Session is $339.00, medication included (oral ketamine). I am willing to make house calls upon request. MSN, BSA
