Today's therapists, like me, look at things differently: Mental health is something we can tend to every day – and even laugh along the way. Therapy provides the tools that can help us learn how to navigate life more effectively, even when we seem to be getting by pretty well. These therapeutic tools help us discover new ways to reflect, assess, and make choices that are true to who we are and where we're going. It's my job to teach you how to use the tools of therapy to troubleshoot and solve life's challenges, big and small alike.
