Our work may take many different forms depending on you, me, what we're working on, your intentions, and all of the little things that can change on any given day. One day this could look like climbing a tree together during an eco-therapy session, unpacking childhood memories while coloring, using different techniques to dive into your dreams, philosophically discussing your place in this vast universe, or simply noticing what it feels like to be witnessed. It could look like a deep breath in the sun or tuning into the inner child part of you who wants so desperately to be heard. It can be sobbing, it can be laughing, it can be sitting back to back on the floor. It can also look like exploring altered states of consciousness through Ketamine Assisted Therapy or preparation/integration around any psychedelic work you may be doing on your own.
