I enjoy working in the realms of personal growth and transformation, and hold gentle space for clients to connect with their own inner healing intelligence and weave connective pathways between mind, body, and spirit. My areas of emphasis are anxiety, complex trauma and PTSD, grief, soul/inner landscape work, depression, and integrating non-ordinary states of consciousness. At the heart of my work, I guide clients in their own self-discovery process, helping them cultivate new pathways of meaning and expand their understanding of their own strength and resilience.
