Expanded states of consciousness and entheogens/psychedelics can be powerful tools for transformation and healing. This work is best seen as a process that often begins unexpectedly, sometimes even before consciously deciding to engage in it. Every part of this process affects the whole, making preparation and integration as important as the experience itself. I meet you wherever you are in the process, and together, we meet the process wherever it is. During preparation we cover aspects like safety, expectations, intentions, as well as practices to enhance openness to the experience. Post-experience, we explore and process what arose, integrate insights, and translate them into meaningful changes for your daily life. By opening a non-judgmental and curious space, we will create a deep understanding of your experience and your system as it stands. We will invite in the resources you already have and develop new ones. Through conversation, introspection, and embodiment practices, I will support you in strengthening your connection to yourself and those around you, and in integrating the different parts that make you whole.
